Our clients come with a trove of hidden achievements, successes, strengths and skillsets just begging to be capitalised on.

Additionally, we focus on strengths identification, sensory adaptations, self-advocacy, and career matching, offering practical strategies for personal and professional success.
TRAUMA-INFORMED.
Trauma responses can sometimes look very similar to symptoms of autism and ADHD. Trauma can influence brain function, behavior, and emotional responses, leading to experiences that can mimic neurodivergent traits, including sensory sensitivities, challenges with attention, and social communication differences.
Our trauma-informed practice recognises the pervasive impact of trauma and endeavours to ensure that every interaction is sensitive to the effects of that trauma. The key elements of our trauma-informed practice include trauma awareness, ensuring safety, building trust through transparency, fostering empowerment and choice, respecting boundaries, embracing cultural sensitivity, avoiding re-traumatization, promoting collaboration and mutuality, and taking a holistic approach.
It is important to note that we are a trauma-informed practice, not a trauma clinic. Our goal is not to resolve trauma, but to provide practical strategies to help clients live and work successfully despite trauma.
Many late-identified neurodivergent adults face significant barriers after years of being misinterpreted, underemployed, and experiencing financial instability.
The core of our coaching is addressing the real-world effects of late diagnosis. We help our clients adjust their work to align with their unique skills and advocate for accommodations and compensation appropriate to their skill level and value.
